Hi, I’m Brendan Chippendale – a neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapist, educator, and advocate based on Gadigal land (Sydney, Australia). Through Achieve Collective, I work alongside autistic, ADHD, LGBTQIA+SB, and otherwise neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. I offer counselling, mentoring, and practical supports that centre your rights, your strengths, and your goals.
Whether you're navigating school, identity, relationships, NDIS, mental health, or life transitions, I’m here to support you to feel understood, build confidence, and move forward on your own terms.

Psychotherapist
I bring over 30 years of experience as a teacher and therapist, supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults in schools, mental health settings, and the community. I’m a gay, autistic man myself, with a deep commitment to inclusive and rights-based practice.
I founded Achieve Collective to offer genuine, affirming support that reflects real neurodivergent experiences—not just diagnostic labels. My approach is collaborative, creative, and respectful of each person’s autonomy and ways of being.
